		LSBP Subletting Information   LSBP is located on the ground floor of Bickerton House in Archway, a convenient two minutes walk from Archway tube station, on the Northern line.      Many bus lines also service the area and meter parking is available. LSBP is located on a quiet residential street with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Waterlow Park with a cafe at Lauderdale House is but a short walk away.   The room is about 7m X 5m (23fX16f), carpeted and has large widows that make it bright. It is suitable for activities such as yoga, tai chi classes, teaching workshops, meditation groups, movement or dance therapy, seminars, lectures, supervision groups, psychotherapy groups. About 25 people could use the room comfortably, depending on the activity.   Our facilities include:   Padded chairs A whiteboard A flipchart Desktop overhead projector (for transparency films) Mattresses and cushions for activities requiring sitting on the floor Four professional massage tables   Next to the room is our office and communal area, with comfortable sofas to relax and a tea kitchen. Down the corridor are clean toilets. The office also has a computer connected to the internet, a printer and a fax machine, that could be used in coordination with our staff and charged separately.     The room is available for sessions according to the following times:   Morning:            10am – 2pm Afternoon:           2pm – 6pm Evening:              6pm – 10pm   Cost:   £60 per session £150 for the whole day £20 per hour – For time shorter time than a session or outside the usual session times.   £30 non-refundable deposit on booking £50 refundable key deposit   All payments to be settled four weeks in advance.   Additional charges: Extra 10% is charged for groups above 15 people Tea and coffee – charged separately Office work by our staff (if you require) - £20 per hour Printing, fax, phone – charged separately   Cancellation Policy applies.   We are flexible in regards to times and services we can provide.
